AI technology has been instrumental in helping us remain focused on client needs and has complemented our overall customer experience. ProCare exhibited at the 76th Annual Workers’ Compensation Educational Conference (WCI) at the Orlando World Center Marriott August 21-24 and took first place in the booth decoration contest.
The overall conference theme for the conference was Brighter Days with a focus on Summer. ProCare staff members put their heads together and decided on a retro-inspired booth theme that paid homage to the days of Summer Camp with a groovy 1970s vibe.
ProCare has been providing quality transportation and language services since 2007 and was already experiencing tremendous growth said CEO, Cortland Reilly. The acquisition; however, provided access to a larger customer base and skilled workforce which has accelerated the company’s growth and poised the company for the possibility of future growth and expansion.
Over the last year, ProCare’s management team in Tampa and Lake Mary have worked in unison to effectively merge the two entities and have structured operations so that both locations function as one cohesive unit. Jose Baldomero, President of ProCare, Inc. oversaw the merger with three main goals to ensure a seamless transition of power and smooth integration of systems and processes.
1. Remain Focused on Customer Service and the ProCare Experience.
Because ProCare understands that success of the organization is heavily dependent on its employees, one of its top priorities during the acquisition was to remain laser focused on maintaining a high level of customer success and not losing focus on delivering an unparalleled customer experience for clients.
“At ProCare, we understand that our employees are at the heart of ProCare’s customer experience,” said Baldomero. “That is why we remained committed to retaining a talented workforce and investing in our employees by offering advancement opportunities into positions of leadership. By investing in our staff, we have been able to ensure that both offices are staffed with associates who are great stewards of customer service and are dedicated to the clients and injured workers we serve. “
2. Ensure Operational Efficiency and a Smooth Integration.
ProCare and AccessOnTime management teams joined forces with a goal of taking full advantage of each companies respective strengths and resources.
“By consolidating our business activities and leveraging each company’s strengths, we have been able to successfully increase our overall performance efficiency,” said Baldomero.
3. Integrate Cultures Effectively
To accelerate operational momentum, ProCare assigned a high priority to achieving cultural integration from the top down. While both organizations shared similar values, beliefs, and behaviors, it was through collaboration, a mutual understanding of goals and objectives, and a blending of cultures that has allowed ProCare to successfully create a work environment that is synergistic across multiple locations.
“Throughout the acquisition process, we were fortunate to have management teams and staff that displayed a huge amount of passion for their work,” said Baldomero. “This made our job relatively easy in identifying any critical gaps that needed closing and allowed us to focus our energy on creating a detailed vision of our culture that excites employees about their future with the organization.”
ProCare, Inc., one of the largest and most respected independently owned transportation and language services companies announced that it has acquired AccessOnTime, formerly a Falck company. AccessOnTime founded in 1998 and headquartered in Lake Mary, Florida remains a wholly-owned subsidiary of ProCare and will operate as a separate entity under its current name. Clients are still able to contact either company for their referral needs.
Founded in 2007, ProCare has realized tremendous growth and expansion of its base and services under the leadership of its CEO, Cortland Reilly. “This consolidation represents the two largest sole providers of transportation and language services focused in the workers’ compensation industry. Even during these unprecedented times, ProCare continues to successfully execute our growth strategy.” said Reilly.
Jose Baldomero, President at ProCare, Inc. will oversee the combined entity as well as the integration. “We are excited to take the two top providers in our industry, analyze the ‘best in class’ for both companies, and create a combined offering that will work to satisfy all of the customer’s needs. The acquisition of AccessOnTime allows a redundancy and a scale that will propel the combined entity beyond the growth that we have already been experiencing,” said Baldomero.

During his tenure, Baldomero has experienced much success in driving efficiencies and automation within operations and has been instrumental in improving the overall productivity at ProCare. His unique leadership abilities has helped to create a culture at ProCare that promotes teamwork, staff engagement and leverages the individual strengths of employees to foster their development into great leaders.
“Jose has continued to develop and progress ProCare since his arrival five years ago,” said Cortland Reilly, CEO of ProCare Transportation and Language Services. “It was a natural progression that his impactful influence be utilized to positively affect the organization as a whole. Jose has been a key part of our success and I am confident that he will continue to be an important asset in helping ProCare obtain its future goals.”

Tampa, FL: ProCare exhibited at the 73rd Annual Workers’ Compensation Educational Conference in Orlando August 19-22, 2018. The conference, sponsored by the Workers’ Compensation Institute, focuses on bringing together workers’ compensation professionals from around the country for networking and provides them with an opportunity to share information regarding products and services.
Each year, over 350 vendors participate in decorating their booths using the overall conference theme as a guide. This year, the overall conference theme was “Cosmic”. Building off that concept, ProCare themed their booth “Men In Black” which won them the “Above & Beyond” theme award.
ProCare used props to decorate their booth to resemble a UFO crash site occurring in New York at the site of the historic World’s Fair. With a crashed UFO and aliens on the loose, the Men In Black team were called in to restore order and erase the memories of any and all witnesses who discovered that aliens do, in fact, live among us.
Dressed in black suits and armed with space guns and neuralyzers, ProCare’s Men In Black team offered conference attendees an exciting and realistic virtual reality (VR) roller coaster experience from the comfort of the Men In Black inspired pod chair.
In January 2017, ProCare Transportation & Language Services turned 10 years old. To celebrate this monumental achievement, ProCare threw a birthday party that would make any 10 year old squeal with delight. Staff were encouraged to get in touch with their inner child and use their imagination and come to work dressed in their coolest PJ’s , as a 10 year old child or as something they could associate with a 10 year old child.
ProCare provided the entertainment but it was our staff that provided the FUN. Below is a video that highlights our staff commemorating this momentous occasion. Visit us on YouTube to view other videos from our celebration.
On Saturday, October 29, 2016, ProCare Transportation and Language Services staff donned their pink shirts and pounded the pavement to help raise awareness about the importance of research and the early detection of breast cancer.
The Tampa Bay Buccaneers hosted the 4th Annual Treasure Chests 5K Run/Walk at the Raymond James Stadium where ProCare joined thousands of other participants from area corporations as part of the annual Corporate Challenge.
“ProCare staff routinely seeks out ways to get involved in our community and they have always been a huge supporter of breast cancer awareness,” said Cortland Reilly, CEO of Procare Transportation and Language Services. “Breast cancer touches us all in one way or another, either through someone in our own families or through the lives of someone we know. This event gave us a great opportunity to lend a hand in the quest for a cure for a disease that affects so many women in the Tampa Bay community and throughout the entire world.”
The Treasure Chests 5K kicked off an entire weekend of awareness raising fun and was just one part of a series of initiatives led by the National Football League (NFL). Participants who took part in the Corporate Challenge also received tickets to attend the Buccaneers vs Raiders football game held on Sunday, October 30, 2016.
“Our staff had such a great time at this event,” said Reilly. “It not only gave all of us an opportunity to connect with our co-workers outside of the workplace, but allowed us to work as a team to raise funds that benefit cancer research at organizations such as the American Cancer Society, Florida Cancer Specialists Foundation, the Florida Hospital Foundation and the Moffitt Cancer Center.”
On April 1, 2016, ProCare Transportation & Language Services proudly launched its “WeCare” Community Service Program that will allow its employees the opportunity to engage the community on a much deeper level. The program states that once per year each staff member will be permitted to volunteer their time and talents to Metropolitan Ministries, a local not-for-profit organization that helps feed, house and cloth the homeless and at-risk population in Hillsborough and Pasco Counties. Each staff member will be permitted to volunteer for a 3-Hour shift and will be given the opportunity to choose the area they would like to volunteer or are most passionate about. With nearly 150 employees, it is estimated that ProCare could contribute over $10,000 annually through various donations and volunteer efforts.
“The time that our employees give to Metropolitan Ministries will make a huge impact on our community,” said Cortland Reilly, CEO of ProCare Transportation and Language Services. “With homelessness becoming more and more prevalent in our community, we wanted to offer our employees the opportunity to enhance their own lives, and the lives of others by giving back to the communities where we live and work.”
It is widely known that volunteers are a much needed resource for charitable nonprofits. In fact, according to the IRS 85% of all charitable nonprofits have no paid staff and are run entirely through volunteer efforts. Without donors and volunteers, organizations such as Metropolitan Ministries, would not be able to conduct programs, raise funds or serve clients in dire need of assistance.
“We are very excited to be partnering with Metropolitan Ministries,” said Reilly. “Their services are designed to help individuals and families in our community with shelter, food, life skills, resources and much more. They truly wrap services around their clients and empower them to get back on track to self-sufficiency.”
On December 13, 2015, Caridad “Dimey” Autie celebrated her fifth anniversary with ProCare Transportation and Language Services. Cortland Reilly, CEO of ProCare, Inc. presented “Dimey” with a plaque and pen set to commemorate her five years of dedicated service.
“Five years ago, we welcomed “Dimey” as a new member of the ProCare family,” said Reilly. “Today, we celebrate with her and acknowledge her remarkable achievement. We also offer our sincerest thanks for five years of dedication and loyalty.”
Without strong, capable staff members, growth and success is not possible; therefore, today ProCare recognizes the contribution Dimey has made in helping ProCare maintain a leadership position in the Transportation and Language services industry.
